With extensive experience in sectors such as art and entertainment, André has led complex financial operations, including Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) and credit issuance for mid-sized companies. His in-depth knowledge of financial engineering allows him to develop innovative strategies that secure and optimize a company's assets.

As the founder of an entertainment asset management fund, André has a deep understanding of the unique financial challenges in these industries. He has created special-purpose financial vehicles to securitize revenues in the film industry, providing tailored solutions to maximize cash flows and enhance financial stability for creative projects.

Director of Legal and Compliance / Legal Counsel

Sophie Hacker brings over 25 years of international legal experience to her role as Director of Legal and Compliance and Legal Counsel at Quantum Heritage, where she ensures the highest standards of regulatory compliance and legal oversight. A bilingual expert in English and French, Sophie specializes in the natural resources sector, corporate law, and mergers and acquisitions, with extensive experience across Africa and Europe.

She began her career at prestigious Anglo-American law firms in London, such as Ashurst and Morrison Foerster, before becoming Head of Legal (M&A) at Kingfisher, a FTSE 100 company. Under her leadership, the legal department was recognized among the best by Legal 500.

As a seasoned Legal Counsel, Sophie has developed deep expertise in project development and legal strategy across various industries, becoming a trusted advisor to both private and public companies. She excels in structuring complex international agreements, advising on corporate governance, as well as in ESG and intellectual property matters.

At Quantum Heritage, Sophie oversees legal compliance across all divisions, including luxury real estate, lifestyle management, and art advisory services. Her strategic insights and leadership ensure that the company operates within the regulatory frameworks of multiple jurisdictions while upholding the company’s commitment to ethical practices.

Dr. Moritz Kloppe

Vice President & equity holder

Dr. Moritz Kloppe, Vice President and equity holder of Quantum Heritage, holds a medical degree and initially pursued a career in the medical field before transitioning into business leadership. His unique background enables him to bring a multi-disciplinary approach to his role, combining analytical precision with a deep understanding of human behavior. In his current position, he plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s strategic direction and expanding its service portfolio.

At Quantum Heritage, Kloppe is responsible for the development of new product offerings and the acquisition of key business partners. His leadership has been instrumental in driving the company’s growth, particularly with a strong emphasis on the "Mobility" sector, a new and rapidly evolving business area for Quantum Heritage.
